The Nazis are alot like the Democratic Party in America today. Who want to violently attack anybody who disagrees with them, and sees the government as the answer to all things. So they demand that we give up all our possessions and freedoms to the government. They want not...

I just want to say don't listen to all the ranters on the forums who want the keylock changes to be reverted. It's a good change! Don't be discouraged! Before keylocks were literally worse than having no locks at all, I always skipped using key locks to try and go straight fo...

Keep the keylock changes!
brewergamer Rust General Thread
I want to say that I am so happy to see these changes, ESPECIALLY the key lock changes. For YEARS I always told new players that it was just plain foolish to use a key lock because people will either key raid you, or kill you and take your key and lock you inside. I myself n...

What would be the point in playing then? No progression and you lose EVERYTHING every month. I hardly played at all during the component system because of this. We need a real form of progression that carries on wipe to wipe. As their roadmap clearly states they intend to do.

Yea it was pretty ridiculous but they removed it you can only place twig foundations and floors now. Though I hate how ladder raiding basically forces you to build in a certain way it takes away from the sandbox aspect of Rust.

It'd be easy to force them into it, anyone using building priv (tool cupboard access) or even using the door codes to your doors would be added into your clan in the clan system.

Now we all know that massive clans in Rust are a problem for those starting out so I have a suggestion of a change that would be beneficial for clans and solo/duo/trios as well. What we need in order to do this, would be a clan system. Only with a clan system could we put rest...

I don't really think that we should be giving everyone everything right from the start, then we are just a component system and that sucked.

I think we should improve upon the hybrid system by replacing Scrap with XP points. It would be the absolute most perfect blend.

I liked the XP system. I feel like it helped people be alot friendlier. I really wish they'd take a look at it again and revamp and reintroduce it in a different and better way. The friendliest the community has ever been was during the XP system.

A stone door could be implemented, perhaps buff the sheet metal door to be stronger, and add in a stone door? That could be cool.

On the official servers they don't wipe blueprints monthly. They wipe bases and items but not blueprints learned.

New low-tier weapons (Sling or slingshot?! And wooden club?!)
brewergamer Rust Thread
I'd like to see more primitive low tier weapons to close the gap between the spear/bow. I saw a slingshot on reddit that looked pretty awesome, there's also the possibility of a sling that could just require a small amount of cloth and perhaps use stone as ammo? And what abo...

I wouldn't end the weekly updates, that's what keeps the playerbase stable. If you end updates like some other survival games did (Conan Exiles for example super hyped, took months for an update, playerbase went from 50k daily to 700.) Bring XP back doe.

Simply Put: An XP point system to replace scrap would make the progression system PERFECT.

During the XP system the community was the friendliest I have ever seen it, most players were willing to give any naked tools to help them start out, because it helped them as well with XP when that naked gathered. I think an XP system could and should be reworked and reinsta...
