Gunsmith GoryashchiyeKlyuchi, who has a pile of Rust weapons and items here, has returned to his base for some crafting time. This time he carved one of our Thompsons out of wood, plastic, and paint. He's missing a few other components, but he managed to craft one anyway. Hacks! Amazing work, Max. Now please do a life size version of the APC.
Over on reddit, dallehi has been fiddling with his Rust settings... As lazy as I am, I'm going to avoid the obvious comparisons. Nice job.
DigitalGamer101 thinks he knows what happened before Rust, and blames Cobalt. To be honest, it's all Adam's fault.
We have two very different takes on the art of the gif. On the left and in the middle are Adeveth's low-fi Rust scenes; right is 3578Silver's neon logo. This is Psyceric's lovingly crafted landscape, alongside Mr.MichaelPL's more complicated scene. Here's veys_ryu's art, which was inspired by Surge's 60k video. This section is my favourite this week. So much variety from so many people.
This is great. Apparently if you join The Horde Server and their Discord channel, they've worked out how to let you know when you're being raided. Nice mug!
Confession: I play all games with the music turned off. It's just how I roll. With that said, I wouldn't turn off Mr.Wobbles if he was playing alongside me. It'd be like having a personalised soundtrack. Here he is, singing and beatboxing his way through the game. It's kinda cheating that he's not using the in-game guitar, but I'll let it slide.
With the eclipse waning, Xtab has unwrapped his sun-blocking headwrap to once again return to the land of the sighted. In celebration, here's his latest skin picks from the Workshop. Mmmm. Skins.
Given that the opening section is about a Rust weapon made real, it only seems fitting to leave you with Rust With Lou's Raid Horn. It isn't in the game, but he thinks it should be. And he made it. Of course, this could also be a weapon.
Think you're working on something awesome? Tell me all about it. Share your base designs, show off a game-mode from your server, or have you done a cool thing with Code Locks and Vending Machines? There's a dedicated forum post, or you can fish for upvotes in the Subreddit. I also shuffle around the the Steam Community, so feel free to show me to things from there. You can follow and respond to Rust on Twitter, and I'm on there as well. I can't respond to everything, but I read every comment and take it all in.
