It's been a slightly quiet week in maps, but there's been some interesting things nonetheless. WheatleyMF is working on a canyon map, and shared a few (very early) shots to the
Rusty Cartographers Discord. It looks like the perfect place to kick the dirt up in a car.
Corrosive Backspin's Legacy map remake is coming along. He's been waiting for the latest SDK update to enable him to remake the old map's monuments as best he can, and while he waited he got busy plonking rocks and
planting trees. I pop on now and again to just run around it, and it's remarkably evocative. Want to join? Open the F1 menu and paste this:

Snowballfred has been working on a bunch of map editing tutorials, but he's also making maps as well. He has a
Aus vs NZ map that pits the two landmasses against one another. It's cool to see a recogniseable country on a Rust map (sorry, New Zealand), but there's something else here. Beneath W16 is a series of tunnels. They loop around like a drunken colon, and I'll admit I got lost in there. The end goal is pretty nice.
Down under a land down under, eh?
